Marks (Demolition) Contractors Ltd was formed in 1973, offering personal care and attention to every contract undertaken.

More than 30 years on we remain a family-owned business and today the second generation of family members run the company preserving that tradition.

Our reputation is built on years of traditional demolition and dismantling skills, which we have integrated with the latest plant and equipment and updated with modern demolition methods. Our excellent Health and Safety record has ensured repeat business with local authorities and national companies within the private sector.

Marks (Demolition) Contractors Ltd are fully committed to maintaining the high standards achieved from over thirty years of experience. To this end, we see the training of site operatives and managers as something of prime importance.

All Contracts Managers and Site Supervisors are certified under CITB Demolition supervisors certification scheme and our demolition operatives are certified under the CITB certification of competence. Training does not end with the certification system however and we hold regular courses on all aspects of site safety, helping to maintain a minimal accidents record.

Marks Demolition was elected a member of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors in November 1973.
